Fresh New Ways to Repurpose Capri Sun Pouches

Since my five-year-old started kindergarten, we have been buying a lot of Capri Sun. It is a huge win for the whole family, and my son knows that buying more Capri Sun is something I'll always say "yes" to. They're easy to toss in his lunch box every day and he loves that he can "Do the straw hisself ." They definitely make packing his lunch easier, and even if he doesn't eat the strawberries I pack for him, he's still getting ¾ cup of fruit juice in the 100% Juice Capri Sun [or ½ cup of fruit and veggie juice, if I pack one of the new Fruit and Veggie Blends] . Plus, Capri Sun has no artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives, and no high fructose corn syrup.

But packing all of those Capri Suns got me thinking "What happens to the empty pouches?" It seems like such a waste to throw them away.  What if they could be up-cycled into a new creation?  Here are some of the best ways I've found, to reuse those Capri Sun pouches:

These require the Capri Sun pouches be full, but they are so cute and way easier than those 19-step Minion cards you were about to make from scratch. [Seriously. Just pick up a few boxes of Organic Capri Sun, add a cute note, and you're good to go!]
